All statements that KAMINOKE products are MoltoBene products and that KAMINOKE products were/are produced by our group of companies are false and constitute misrepresentation.

Our group of companies has no affiliation and/or never cooperated with Kaminoke Cosmetic Co. Ltd or any other persons that were/are involved in production, supply or sale of the KAMINOKE products.

Our group of companies will not be responsible, directly or indirectly, to you or any third party for any claim, damage, injury, or loss caused by purchase or use of KAMINOKE products.
